Army Support Activity Fort Dix holds Change of Command ceremony

Brenda Lee McCullough, U.S. Army Installation Management Readiness director, passes the flag to U.S. Army Col. Mitchell Wisniewski, Army Support Activity Fort Dix commander and Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst deputy commander, during a change of command ceremony on July, 21, 2022, at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst. The change of command ceremony is a tradition where the outgoing commander symbolically relinquishes responsibility and authority by passing the colors to the incoming commander, thus beginning a new dawn of leadership for the incoming commander and his or her soldiers and civilians.
