Joint Base MDL commences weeklong Leading Edge program

A group of students present their capstone project to other class participants through PowerPoint presentation during the capstone panel course inside the 305th Operations Support Squadron Aircrew Flight Equipment auditorium on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J., Oct. 7, 2022. The capstone panel course involves students breaking off into groups to present information from previous courses of the Leading Edge program, and present them through PowerPoint presentations to a group of senior enlisted leaders, to prepare them as future leaders in the military. JB MDL kicks off the Leading Edge program designed to prepare all service members in the ranks of E4 to E-6 with the basic foundations to further support joint base operations. During the program, students will be required to work in small groups, comprehend and synthesize information presented to them, and create solutions to the capstone objectives provided.
