Joint Base MDL commences weeklong Leading Edge program
A student speaks to senior enlisted leadership at the Joint Perspective panel inside the 305th Operations Support Squadron Aircrew Flight Equipment classroom on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J., Oct. 3, 2022. As part of the Leading Edge program, the Joint Perspective panel is a class involving senior enlisted leadership from each military branch to meet with students to share their services’ perspectives on joint operations and how their branches integrate on the battlefield. JB MDL kicks off the Leading Edge program designed to prepare all service members in the ranks of E4 to E-6 with the basic foundations to further support joint base operations. During the program, students will be required to work in small groups, comprehend and synthesize information presented to them, and create solutions to the capstone objectives provided.
