87th Medical Group Implements Advanced Life Support Services
                U.S. Army Col. Mitchell Wisniewski III, Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst deputy commander, U.S. Air Force Col. Bridget Gill, 87th Medical Group commander, and U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Regina Jones, 87th MDG Healthcare Operations Squadron commander, and U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sgt. Michael Wynne, 87th Air Base Wing command chief, cut the ceremonial ribbon with 87th MDG staff for the 87th MDG Advanced Life Support ribbon-cutting ceremony outside the 87th MDG facility on Joint Base MDL, Feb. 10, 2023. The ALS ribbon-cutting ceremony was a celebratory event for Joint Base MDL in achieving ALS status. The 87th MDG can now provide more life-saving care that falls under ALS, such as administering medications and providing more life-saving interventions.
