Senior Noncommissioned Officer Induction Ceremony 2023

U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. selects assigned to McGuire Air Force Base participate in a Senior Noncommissioned Officer Induction Ceremony held at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J. on 28 August, 2023. The ceremony is a traditional right of passage used by SNCO's to convey to newly promoted Sergeant's the special pride felt when a service member enters the highest echelon of the NCO Corps.
