A flight-jacket from the 305th Bombardment Group’s 364th Bombardment Squadron, which was worn through 35 daylight-bombing assaults throughout 1944, is displayed in the foyer of the 305th Air Mobility Wing headquarters, Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J., July 21, 2023. The jacket is part of an artifact-grouping loaned from the private collection of Senior Airman Nicholas Cammaroto, 108th Wing, New Jersey Air National Guard, to the 305th AMW historian, Stuart Lockhart, as a contribution to the 305th “CAN DO” legacy.
