  • Atlantic Strike Team welcomes new commanding officer

        U.S. Coast Guard Cmdr. Tedd Hutley relinquished command to Coast Guard Cmdr. Raymond Negron during an Atlantic Strike Team change of command here, July 12.     Hutley was selected for reassignment to Coast Guard Headquarters to be the National Strike Force and CBRN capabilities division chief.
