Amtgard: Chapter of Eastern Pine Camp
Description: A group dedicated to LARPing. The group uses the Amtgard rules and is associated with the National Organization. The group has a medieval focus donning era appropriate clothes, practicing fighting styles with foam based weaponry, and teaching arts/sciences. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Description: Brazilian Kiu-Jitsu is a martial art that is rapidly growing in popularity and influence show cased in many combative sports and mixed-martial arts competition. The primary objective of BJJ focuses on personal defense and safety, escape of unwanted situations and positions, control of a situation / physical altercation allowing for transition to submission of an opponent. Most of BJJ is centered around self-defense and neutralizing an opponent most often with submission grappling. The BJJ Club meetings will usually involve some instruction and live-action "rolling". Creating a safe and welcoming environment is of greatest importance allowing participation of people of all levels of experience. Come check us out, leave your ego at the door and get ready to have some fun.

Classic Cruisers
Description: Joint Base Classy Cruisers was founded to bring motorheads interested in cars, trucks and bikes together to share information about shows, races and tech help, basically all things automotive. We currently do not hold regular meetings but we do meet and show our vehicles at all base 87 FSS picnics and concerts. Communication is mainly through a growing email group. A Facebook page will be created. We are open to ideas and suggestions and volunteers are always appreciated.

Combat Laser Tag
Description: Combat Laser Tag is an intense live action real world combat simulation where you will arm up with the most advanced laser weapons. Each person will receive a realistic combat weapon and head gear, the system will match real life combat action without anyone receiving personal injury. There are multiple fields in which to fight to include: A large field with obstacles, disarming a bomb and capturing a city, not to mention Black Ops, a night time force on force combat in city fighting. This is much more than a game it is FAST PACED, TEAM BUILDING Combat so bring your running shoes and camouflage.

Cycling
Description: The club will start with different levels of cycling - not only for leisure but also as a workout means and a sport. People with different levels of ride can assist and leaders training will be provided for those who volunteer to help the riders. Eventually we can have at least one ride for all levels during the week. Until we can get everyone's level of cycling identified with the leader volunteers the rides will be different for each week so all levels can participate. Rides will be organized for trails and/or roads to accommodate different levels and safety concerns for anyone who does not want to ride on the road. Kids will be allowed on specifications that will be marked kids friendly. Consideration for safety and location for all riders and not all rides will start from JB MDL.

East Coast Indoor Modelers
Description: Our club members fly small rubber band powered competition(FAI/FID) free flight model airplanes in Lakehurst Hangar 1. We also fly small light weight remote controlled electric powered model airplanes in Hangar 1 on weekends throughout the year. Our club has around 100 members but on any given weekend we have only about 10 members actively flying. Our club has its own website at www.ecim.club where we disseminate up to date club information. We do not have a club newsletter and rely mostly on our web site. Our club is one of the oldest indoor model airplane clubs in the world. We started flying in Lakehurst Hangar in 1931, the year our club was formed.

HIKING
Description: You will be hiking with me and my two beautiful dogs. One of them is a certified therapy dog trained by myself. We will go as far as we can all tolerate - usually around 5 miles. If others would want to go on longer hikes we can find out who likes longer hikes and do that also. Other dogs are welcome but we will go to a dog park near the hiking area to introduce them first. I will have snacks for doggies and people bring their own water.

Olympic & Target Archery
Competitive and active sport with many fun qualities. Archery can be competitive or meditative but will give you a workout.
